We're excited to share the latest updates from Fyle, designed to make your expense management process even smoother. We’ve kicked off 2025 at Fyle with an action-packed quarter marked by exciting new launches and ongoing enhancements. These changes are aimed at simplifying your workflow and boosting your productivity.

Edit Multiple Expenses at Once

Coding expenses is often a tedious process. Users typically need to code fields like project, category, and cost center on every single expense. Imagine having to input such details for hundreds of expenses every month. Sounds boring and taxing, right?

That’s why we’ve introduced the ability to edit multiple expenses together!

This highly requested enhancement allows users to update multiple expenses at once instead of editing them one by one. Users can now select multiple expenses and update key fields like Category, Project, Cost Center, Purpose, and more, all in one go! Custom fields and custom-dependent fields can also be edited at once.

This significantly reduces manual effort and time, speeds up expense coding, and ensures consistency in expense details. Users can review updated expenses after making changes to verify details quickly.

Splitting Expenses Just got Easier

Our users found it difficult to split an expense across multiple dimensions (category, project, or cost center) simultaneously. They had to split the expense by one dimension, return to the expenses page, find the created splits, and code each expense individually. This process was tedious and involved multiple steps for the same action. We wanted to solve this problem, and bingo!

Users can now split expenses across all three dimensions at once (category, project, or cost center). Instead of three separate split buttons, there is now a single button to split expenses. Users can review expenses immediately after splitting, eliminating the need to navigate to the expenses page to complete any incomplete expenses resulting from the split.

We’ve revamped the navigation experience on the Fyle mobile app to make key actions more accessible. We’ve moved the ‘Expenses and Reports’ sections to the bottom navigation bar on the home screen to improve the visibility of core actions like expense creation and to simplify navigation.

Core actions are more visible and easier to reach, and users will experience an overall smoother and more intuitive mobile experience.

Accessing Integrations is Much Easier Now!

Easy access for Integrations

Finding integrations with Fyle used to involve navigating through several menus in Settings, which could be time-consuming. Plus, it wasn't always clear which integrations were actively connected to Fyle, and the list of every possible integration could be overwhelming.

We've now moved the Integrations page right to the Admin Dashboard! This makes managing and accessing what you need much simpler. Now, integrations are just one click away, landing you directly on your active accounting integration’s dashboard. You'll see a decluttered view, showing only what's relevant to you. Setting up new integrations, updating credentials, and fixing issues are now all in one convenient place.
