Employees search for expenses from the ‘My Expenses’ page using advanced search filters.

Employees see Fyle’s dashboard on their Slack app, with information about expenses, reports, trips, and advances. Employees click on ‘Add Expense’ to fyle a new expense.

Admins specify foreign currency preference which they use frequently. This currency will be pre-populated while creating expenses or creating advance and trip requests.

Admins add, edit, and enable/disable limits upto which employees claim expenses without receipts.
Micro deposit verification for ACH
Admins verify the organization’s bank accounts to initiate ACH. Two small deposits less than 10 cents will be initiated with the bank to verify the account within 1-3 business days.
