Managing expenses has always been painful, frustrating, and time-consuming. Despite the fact that the world has changed over the last few decades, expense management remains manual.
Born out of personal frustration, we created Fyle. Instead of expecting employees to be disciplined, we wanted to create something that made people “not think” about managing expenses. In other words, it should just happen.

Tired of manual expense management, we take matters into our own hands and build Fyle.
Fyle receive seed funding of $400,000 led by Pravega Ventures, BeeNext, and a few angel
investors including redBus co-founder Phanindra Sama, Zivame founder Richa Kar and Joydeep
Sen Sarma, co-founder of cloud company Qubole.
We launch our first version of Fyle and onboarded select customers.
With a steadily growing community, we announce our Series A funding of $4.2 million, led by Tiger
Global Management and our existing investors.
Fyle goes international to empower global businesses to put an end to their expense
management problems!
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted to the remote work scenario. We then decided to go
completely remote.
Fyle integrates with Slack so that users can submit receipts from Slack, helping us get closer to our goal of making expense tracking as easy as sending a message.
Deeper, better integrations with every major accounting software.
We turn expense management real-time, by launching an industry-first partnership with Visa. Customers get real-time spend visibility, instant spend notifications, and receipt collection via text for all Visa cards.
We launch our integration with QuickBooks Desktop via IIF files.
Our first-of-its-kind Partner Dashboard empowers accounting firms to manage clients better.
We launch our no-code expense management platform for banks and credit card issuers.
A year after Visa, Fyle partners with Mastercard to offer real-time expense management on any US Mastercard credit card. With this, we cover 75% of the US corporate credit card market.
